Despite the good work of the team as a whole, such an assessment has to be made due to the constant and outright rudeness of Ekaterina's employee. Queues form at the post office during her shift, because she can not cope with the load, it is obvious that she lacks a second person. This does not apply to other shift workers. To the higher-ups, take note.
