Not so long ago, they finally made an electronic queue. A lot of windows are always working. But the post office and their store are nearby, and they don't work in the summer in the heat. You'll melt until you wait. You need to wait your turn comfortably.

However, it happened once that by the end of the day the paper in the ticket machine ran out, but there was no warning about it, so the number had to be suddenly memorized, which led to some confusion and tension. But, in general, it's okay
