Обслуживание не оперативное, что не является виной персонала. Сотрудники, некоторые, некомпетентные, иногда грубят, что не позволительно в сфере обслуживания. Руководству пожелание: обеспечти отделение полноценным, современным оборудованием и устойчивой качественной связью. С персоналом провести разъяснительную беседу, осуществить переаттестацию.
