We have been vacationing in this place for several years . We are incredibly glad to have met this hospitable family! The house is located on an elevation , a very beautiful view of the sea , the highway and the cars rushing along it are not visible or audible . The hostess Juliet cooks amazingly delicious dishes, and the owner Ashot will always take you wherever you ask, very hospitable and kind people! We are always ready to help with any question! Their vacation is a pleasure!

A wonderful place!
Rooms made of natural wood, wonderful view from the window, animals, nature...Just the way I like it.
I was looking for just such a place. The beach is 20 minutes away. But what a beach it is! There are very few people there, it is very cozy. There is sand in the water, and small pebbles on the shore (if compared with Sochi).
Very close to New Athos. There's a 50-ruble fare on the minibus and you're there. There is no need to book any excursions.
There is a hydrogen sulfide source nearby. The location will be convenient for those who want to heal at the spring and visit the beach.
"Noah's Ark" is located in the village, you should not expect souvenir shops, tents and other benefits of civilization here. There are shops on the Sukhumi highway, on the way to the sea.

I've been resting for two years in a row and I'm planning more. The advantages are not far from hydrogen sulfide sources, the village territory, everyone knows each other - the children got lost and they were immediately found. Cleanliness of bathrooms, rooms and kitchens. It's always been that way. The food is divinely delicious and affordable. Cons: The beds are not always comfortable (depending on the room), the audibility in the rooms did not bother me - I switched off immediately. Regarding other reviews: Partying (if you can call it that cute evening get-togethers) whoever wants to participate and whoever wants to communicate communicates, everything was within the limits of maximum decency.

We were from 09/20/2023 to 09/23/2023. The house is located in the mountains. It takes 35-40 minutes to climb the mountain from the sea, we went with the children. The room is tiny, furnished with a bunk bed, a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe. The toilet and shower are combined and they are common to all rooms, so it was problematic to get there in the morning. There were constant interruptions with water, drinking water had to be carried in 5 liter bottles. The hosts arrange night parties every other day until the morning, and we all hear it, since the guest rooms are separated only by walls made of chipboard. After another party, we couldn't stand it and decided to leave. But it wasn't that simple. There was no trace of the good-natured hosts, they began to demand at least 5 days of accommodation, although we lived for 3 days and agreed that we would not be refunded the deposit of 3 tr., but apparently this was not enough for them.

We have just returned from vacation!

And we had a rest in Abkhazia with Juliet and Ashot!
This is a vacation for those who want to relax their souls, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the rural silence, beautiful nature and clean air, this is a vacation for those who are not afraid of distances, roosters singing and cows mooing, simplicity of life, rural residents!
Yes, yes, I was not mistaken, This is rather an appeal to those who, for the minimum price, and it is really minimal by today's standards, find fault with the owners and begin to blame them for all the troubles that happen to them because of their own behavior!!!

Juliet and Ashot are sincere people, simple and not spoiled.
Juliet's portions are huge. By today's standards, if you compare what portion you get in a cafe for the same money, then for comparison in a cafe the same portion will be four times less.!
The menu is in the summer kitchen, freely available. You can get acquainted at any time. Juliette is never petty, you can always ask if you are missing something, for example, if you cook yourself and you haven't bought something!

Good time to you, dear friends! We had a great opportunity to relax in a wonderful and fabulous country - the land of the soul of Abkhazia with the wonderful family of grandmother Eteri, Ashot, Juliet and their two well-mannered children, son Harutyun and Angelica. We had a rest from July 22 to August 17, 26 days. This is our second time in Abkhazia, because it is impossible not to fall in love with this country. Not only the wonderful nature, mountains, historical monuments, the sea, therapeutic hydrogen sulfide springs, local delicious fruits, homemade wine decorate this country, but also the wonderful family of Ashot and Juliet. We liked the friendly attitude of the hosts towards the guests. During our stay with them, we were surrounded by homely comfort and care. The location of the guest house is simply wonderful: the distance from the road, the clean air of the mountain village, the silence, the picturesque nature of the Abkhazian village. We lived in room no.3. In total, the guest house has five rooms, one washbasin on the terrace and two bathrooms combined with a shower. Guests are provided with free internet access via Wi-Fi, which works perfectly. The room had everything you needed: an air conditioner with a remote control, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chair and a very comfortable double bed with high-quality cotton linen and a plaid. There is also a bunk wooden bed in the room, which is an additional plus, since it is possible to accommodate four vacationers. When leaving the room, the terrace offers a magnificent view of the private plot with a garden of tangerine trees, the village of Primorsky and the sea. We ate in the morning and had dinner, as in the afternoon we rested at the sea and visited hydrogen sulfide springs: paid and there is still wild. We went on excursions, visited Sukhum, New Athos, Pitsunda, Gagra. We went to Lake Ritsa with Ashot. It was a wonderful tour! Ashot is a great and talented guide, he devoted the whole day to us. Juliet's food is very tasty and varied, you can pre-order from the menu. The portions are substantial. We really liked the tangerine juice, tkemali, trout, vegetables from the garden - everything is fresh, and homemade wine. Evening feasts with kebabs, fried vegetables, homemade cheese made by Juliet, homemade wine made by Ashot, and he is also a magnificent toastmaster created a unique flavor. Two wonderful guards provided security during their stay in the guest house: The kid and his assistant Zeus (smart dogs). There are places closer to the sea, 20 minutes from Juliet to the sea. But a smart and energetic hostess who cooks well, a beautiful place, a garden, wine (they make it for themselves and guests, very tasty! ) Of course, it's hard to climb the mountain in the heat, but after a few days it's easier))) The hydrogen sulfide hospital is also 20 minutes away, from there there are inexpensive buses to Athos. I recommend it, and if we are going to Abkhazia, then we will definitely visit Juliet and Ashot! Yes! Ashot can also take a ride to the sea by car. There are a lot of shops. They offer accommodation in a guest house in the mountains for 30 minutes up, settled in the owners' house on the second floor, toilet and shower on the street. The owners go to bed late and get up late. Late breakfast and dinner are served. The hostess cooks delicious, her milk, cheese, juices, vegetables, seasonal fruits, wine, Oriental coffee. The shared kitchen can be prepared by yourself. There is a hydrogen sulfide source for 20 minutes at a calm pace, 300 rubles entrance, massage. The sea is 30 minutes through a small market and shops and cafes. If you have the health to walk in the mountains, then it is a normal option.

I want to tell you about my spoiled start to my vacation with Ashot and Juliet! I don't know who likes what there is, but I got a different impression. In early May, I found this house for living, it was suitable for the budget. I made a deposit of 3,000 thousand at Juliet's request. Arriving by taxi in this wilderness for 1300, I bought a cake for the children. There was no connection because another country. I got through to Juliet from the cafe, she said wait for Ashot to pick you up. We were waiting at the bus stop with suitcases, Ashot stood on the other side of the road and we had to run with the child with bags along a busy highway. The hospitality was already felt (Ashot drove 15 minutes uphill, the hostess arrived for a long time did not go out to meet, after leaving she muttered to her son to show our room. When their son came to the room, he explained for a long time how to turn on the air conditioner, as a result, it turned out to be not working. Having laid out my things, I think I need to go at least get acquainted, I came to the summer kitchen, no one introduced me to other residents, Juliet asked if you would eat, I said I didn't want to, but you can feed the child. She gave me some kind of flatbread and a glass of juice. Ashot came in next and started drinking with the guests and discussing last night violently. The summer kitchen is not designed for so many guests, there is dirt in the kitchen, different waste tanks. After sitting down, I went into the room feeling superfluous. I decided to look for another place because this is not what I wanted. When I went to the toilet, I almost suffocated, apparently someone went after yesterday's party. There is a dirty wet rag on the toilet floor, followed by a shower (right in this toilet). The second toilet did not close at all, apparently Ashot does not care about this. In the evening, I tried again to come to the kitchen to drink tea, asking how to light the gas, one of the guests muttered, we do not know, he was not very cold, poured one. Then Juliet came out, I asked where I could put some groceries, she muttered with displeasure, if you find a place, put it down. I understood that only she cooks and cooking is not welcome there. Okay, no salt, let's go to bed. The night was terrible, you can only sleep on the bed in the middle, because it is broken on both sides, there is no sound insulation, in my opinion you can hear snoring and turning over in all the dwellings (if you can call them that). Morning has come, toilets and showers are busy, the first one to wake up is the one who took it. We went to the kitchen, Juliet asked if you would eat, I refused again, but asked to feed my son. She gave me a cup of rice porridge and juice. Then Juliet told everyone to get ready quickly, Ashot would take everyone down to the store, and there it seemed like the sea was just around the corner. Okay, having gathered, let's go, they showed us the direction and we went. We walked through some bushes, came to a wild beach, covered in sticks, polluted. In short, it was terrible! Then, after buying something, we walked uphill, walked for 30 minutes, thought we got lost, but the woman said go even higher. Barely getting there, all wet, and with a bag, it was the last drop. My daughter found me another place to live and I was offered to move that day, I decided to talk to Juliet, as soon as I said that I was planning to move out, she turned from an amiable woman into an evil greedy woman. She said leave, but I won't give you the money back, and you also owe me 300 rubles for the food. I was shocked to say nothing. Several times she asked for 300 rubles. People, I want to warn you against the mistake of booking accommodation with these people if you don't want to ruin your vacation!!!

closer. The house is located on a mountain, 800 meters from the spring, but clean air and birdsong. Walking downhill is easy, but uphill is harder (I'm already over 70) but it's even good (workout after a bath). Here is the Grace of those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. And Ashot and Juliet's attitude towards their guests deserves the highest marks. We were met at the bus stop and settled in a cozy room (in the room there is a TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, 2 bedroom bed and a single bed, wardrobe, table).I pre-ordered breakfast, but that's a different story. The breakfasts are very tasty and plentiful, but you can cook yourself.
The second time I arrived in April, I was already in a habitable place. It is impossible to imagine a better place to relax
