We stayed at this hotel in January 2022.
The director of the hotel, a very nice girl, good-natured)
There were some problems with the tour company, from Minsk, a happy weekend- by the way, I do not advise anyone to contact this company, be deceived, overpay, what is stated in the program does not correspond to reality, etc. nuances, but the director of the hotel heard our complaints to the tour agent upon check-in and then alone, went to meet us herself, deciding to do the rest was cool, I offered out of the kindness of my heart - a sauna for one hour, champagne at the expense of the hotel, as far as I heard, even for one day they just gave some equipment for the girl from the tour as a gift.)
The food at the hotel for tomorrow is standard, as in Turkey, figuratively speaking, vegetables, sausages, gravy with meat, which was not very much, but if you asked, they added sausages, 2 types of side dishes, toasts, cookies of various kinds.
One disadvantage of the hotel is located in the mountain, which is very inconvenient, to go down and up, if with your equipment- skiing / snowboarding, if the weather is bad, the snow fell the day before - the taxi will not stop, be prepared for this, you will have to walk anyway)
But the hospitality of the director slightly covers these shortcomings)
Prices in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner, approximately as in other cafes, salads from 140 UAH, carbonated sweet water about 80 UAH, meat about 80 UAH per 100 grams.
But those who know how to relax will be able to enjoy this atmosphere from the bottom of their hearts)
The hotel may be in the mountains, but the view from it to the slopes / lifts / mountains is beautiful, everything is visible, everything glows in winter 🥰

If you want to see the hair on the bed when settling in, if you like a broken shower, if you like when your pajamas are thrown on the floor by the cleaner, and your slippers disappear in an unknown direction after cleaning, and the person who calls himself the director of this, God forgive me, "hotel", just grins and asks what do you want from me?
Oh yes, then this is a God-forsaken place for you.
But seriously, it's a dirty, unpleasant place with half-Gypsy, half-Romanian owners that you shouldn't get into. Nearby at a distance of 100-200 there are 5-6 hotels in which. it will be clean and polite and even cheaper. We chose a hotel literally 100 meters away cheaper by 100 UAH and even with breakfast. In general, do not get burned((
