A good hotel in a quiet area near the railway station and the metro station "May 28". The old town is 20 minutes away on foot at a brisk pace. The room is small but cozy. There is a TV with an Internet connection. A very comfortable bed (both mattress and pillows). Full-height windows on the wall. There is an air conditioner (I did not use it in October). There are shops nearby, including convenience stores. There is no refrigerator in the room, but food can be put in the refrigerator in the dining room, where breakfast takes place. Tea and sweets are also available there from early morning until late evening. There are also several coolers in the hallway. The staff is very friendly, both the host and other staff.
Of the disadvantages, the following can be noted. Shower: there is no pressure at all and the shower cabin leaks onto the floor very strongly.
The door did not close from the inside, because the lock rested against the hole and rested against the door jamb.
Breakfast: the same thing every day, the choice is meager. The only thing I really liked was pancakes, but they need to be "caught", I ate them only once for 6 breakfasts.
There are places under the windows where locals can stay up late, and it can be noisy with the window open, especially on weekends.
Thanks to the Amea Baku Hotel for the hospitality! I liked everything very much.
1. Location – in a quiet area, this is a plus for a relaxing holiday. The center is 10 minutes away by taxi, the price is 2.5 manats (135 rubles). There is a cheap taxi in Baku, so the metro was not used, Uber Russia works fine, you can set cash payment in the application. A very adequate price for a room, because in the center for the same money you can only rent old dead rooms that do not correspond to the declared stardom. It is more reasonable to live here in comfort and coziness, spending a little on a taxi.
2. The hotel itself is new, it started working in early 2024, so everything is new and beautiful. The interiors are tastefully decorated in a modern style, while the oriental flavor is felt. The rooms are quite spacious, with full-length panoramic windows. Furniture, plumbing, decoration – everything is new. The beds, mattresses, and pillows are comfortable. The linen is snow-white. Everything is taken into account to the smallest detail so that the guests feel comfortable.
3. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian fluently, and they are ready to help with any issue of the guests.
4. The breakfasts are on a level that can be compared with the buffet of 4-5* Turkish All inclusive hotels. A variety of dishes, tasty and satisfying, everyone, including children, will find something to their taste. In the afternoon and evening, you can drink tea or coffee with sweets for free in the same room.
5. Wi-Fi is fast.
6. There is parking. We rented a car, it is impossible to leave a car for free in the center, there are signs everywhere. You can do it without problems, there are many free places in public parking lots around without paying.
The whole family was very pleased with the hotel. Special thanks for the additional accommodation due to late check-out. We wish the hotel prosperity!
We stayed at this hotel for a week and we enjoyed it.
Location: The hotel is located on the second floor in a quiet but not central area - this was not a problem for us, given that taxis in Baku are quite cheap (but there are constant traffic jams), besides, we almost constantly walked, keep in mind, if you return to the hotel from the center, then you will find a hill. There is a supermarket near the hotel.
Food: The choice of dishes for breakfast is appropriate to the price, do not expect a large buffet, but you will not stay hungry either.
During the day, you can drink tea, coffee and cookies. One evening I managed to have a conversation with the owner of the hotel - a very pleasant person and a very interesting conversation!
Wonderful people work here! All the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help at any time.
They checked us in without any problems, even late at night and helped us with our luggage. When we found out that the mattress was too hard for us, the very next day they replaced it with a softer one. They also helped us print out the tickets.
The room was clean and tidy. The room had two sets of towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo. The bed linen is a little "tired", but everything is clean and fresh, for the price of the room - I can not consider this a disadvantage. The audibility is good enough, but if the neighbors are quiet, you won't notice it.
There were a lot of Indians and Pakistanis among the guests, they are very noisy, but it is not the fault of the hotel.
Overall impression: Overall, the hotel fully justified its price. This is a great place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay at no extra cost. If you prefer more luxurious conditions with comfortable beds and an extensive breakfast, it may be worth considering other options. But for our budget and needs, this hotel was an excellent choice.

Our family was very satisfied with their stay at this hotel. The hotel is 30 minutes away. walking distance to the center. We settled in quickly. The rooms are clean. There are wonderful oil paintings on the walls. We admired them all the rest. Cleaning on demand. All the staff, from the maids to the hotel owner, are very friendly and always ready to help. We would like to express our special gratitude to the women who fed us breakfast (our beloved Bibi and Elena). Everything was delicious at home. Semolina porridge and pancakes are beyond praise! We can't help but mention the wonderful receptionists who create a friendly atmosphere in the hotel, especially our friend Javid. Javid, warm greetings from an athlete and an artist from the Moscow region and their parents.
The rooms are very clean, the bed linen and towels are not worn. The rooms are warm.
The breakfasts are standard, very tasty semolina porridge and pancakes, like mom's, are prepared from under the knife. You can sit in the kitchen all day long, everything is at home. The sound insulation is good, you can't hear the neighbors. A warm and friendly host.
The location of the hotel is not very good, there is a car wash and a cafe nearby.
