A decent hotel in a historic location, excellent location, entrance, free Parking.We were warmly welcomed, settled quickly, offered a choice of breakfast, and at a convenient time for us.About the room .We took a two-room apartment.The sound insulation is excellent, towels,hairdryer,tea,coffee,bathrobes,disposable slippers.All according to the 4-star hotel list.The hotel is located in the palace building and there is a certain charm to it. We had a wonderful rest in it.Thanks to the receiving party from the bottom of my heart.We recommend it.

It's a wonderful hotel, but you can get there by car or as part of a tour group. Beautifully decorated inside, owned by the state. Belarus has received a grant from UNESCO for the restoration of the palace and now there is a wonderful hotel here, as well as a restaurant with stunning interiors where you can feel like a nobleman.

An excellent hotel inside the palace with chic interiors. Comfortable furniture, everything is beautiful, perfect and tasteful. The feeling of living in the count's chambers. The room has everything you need. The only thing was that when we arrived, the restaurant was not working, but the problem was solved by a nearby store, which could be reached by car. Of course, living in such a hotel and dining with what God sent from a local store does not fit a little, but what to do. The town itself is small and boring, but you can walk around the castle, even when it is already closed to tourists. The ideal option is to come, spend the night in such beauty, and in the morning go on a tour of the beautiful Neo-Gothic palace. A portion breakfast is included in the room rate. The price-quality ratio is more than up to par.

Poor organization of reception of visitors.
There is no waiting place when 40 people are waiting for 40-50 minutes. on their own feet.
And there are only 2 benches for 3 people each.
There is no efficiency of the receptionist.
There is only one answer — wait ...
But transport cannot bring travelers at the appointed and booked time on a minute-by-minute basis.
We are adequate and understand that at this moment there is simply no guide.
And then it accidentally turns out that there is a free guide who takes 45 minutes.— just "resting".

Beautiful architecture, large well-maintained territory. We were in the evening, there is a lot of light, the gate is open, you can take a walk. We didn't get to the hotel itself, we need to book in advance. We will definitely stop by in the afternoon if possible, I am sure the manor will be even more beautiful in daylight.

In general, it is good and clean. Special thanks to the Cat administrator, as well as to the girls from the restaurant - they work conscientiously. Renovation is needed in the bathrooms - both the shower and the sink are leaking. The breakfasts seem to be imported and warmed up, if the pancakes are cooked on site, it will be great.

We lived in a double room. Room for 5 people. There is a large double bed in one room and three single beds in the other. The room is clean, the bed linen and towel are white. There is a refrigerator, clean. White bathrobes and disposable slippers are available.
Of the cons: the room has one small bucket in the bathroom. It's not enough for 5 people and you can't open the windows. There are air conditioners.
Meals: breakfast is included in the price. There were pancakes from a pack that are heated in the microwave, tea, coffee, a bun with a piece of butter and cheese. We had dinner at the restaurant for an additional fee. The portions are large, cooked delicious. We ordered dinner immediately when we arrived (at lunch). I understand there are problems with the staff, so you need to order in advance if you don't want to go without dinner.
The staff is very friendly in the hotel, in the restaurant, and in the castle.

A nice new model with high ceilings. Rooms and lobbies look instagrammatically. It makes sense to bring food with you.
If you are going to check in on Monday or Tuesday, keep in mind that there is nowhere to eat these days - all restaurants and cafes in the area are closed, you will have to go to eat in Ivatsevichi 15 km away.
Thawed pancakes with filling from the Aunt Anya trademark are served for breakfast. You will not be able to have breakfast with fresh food any day - the cafe and restaurant are closed in the morning.

I had a chance to spend the night at the hotel at the palace. It is very cozy, clean and, of course, beautiful. What is noteworthy is inexpensive! In Russian rubles, about 6,500 per night. In the morning, of course, we went to see the palace. It is beautiful and very interesting (I overheard a guide with a tour group). However, a very small exposition is open, if compared with other palaces and castles. Also, with a ticket, you can and should see the Tadeusz Kosciuszko House Museum (it is opposite the palace). But also a small exposition.
In summary, I recommend you to visit!

a chic hotel at the Puslovsky Palace. the interiors are crazy in beauty, the rooms are large, the ceilings are high, the furniture is antique. the feather bed is simply fabulous, we even found out who the manufacturer is and bought one for ourselves.
if you want to live like the aristocrats lived in the old days, then come to puslovkikh on a weekday. you will walk around the territory in peace and quiet, drink coffee, tea, wine with amazing views.
the hotel reception desk has a wonderful photo zone. the renovation in the rooms is new, the equipment is of high quality, the feather bed is like clouds. parking is closed for guests. cameras are everywhere, your car is under surveillance.
you can have a delicious meal in the restaurant or order room service. there is a bicycle rental and electric scooters.

During a week-long tour of Belarus, we stayed at the Puslovsky Palace for one night. It was a real wow effect. In the evening, you can fully enjoy the magnificent views of the palace and the surrounding area. Closer to sunset, everything becomes even more romantic. Illuminated fountain, sculptures, fence, cascade park.. I really liked it.
The room was on the ground floor. Quiet, cozy and clean. The interior is luxurious. Everything is done efficiently. There are slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, etc.
Of the disadvantages, only breakfast turned out to be. Three cold pancakes and a cup of coffee is somehow not good at all towards the guests. And I also noticed that this is the only hotel where e-mail is still not favored. Reservations are made by phone only.

It is almost flawless, a very small hotel in the castle itself, occupying several rooms on the first and second floors. The guests of the hotel may well feel like the owners of the castle for the period that they will spend in it. The situation, a small number of people around, disposes to this. It is worth warning that there is no possibility to open windows in the rooms (wooden frames are antique and installed in such a way that they are not supposed to be opened without potential damage to the latter, it seemed so), but there is a built-in air conditioning and ventilation system. There may also be some power issues. The cook in the restaurant comes, works at certain Hours and no more, the choice of dishes and products is limited and not for the discerning public and by pre-order. But this does not spoil the overall experience of visiting the museum complex and the hotel.

The administration still has a lot of work to do to organize the service and staff training.
Unfortunately, the service is not available both in the hotel there and in general throughout the republic.
Government and non-government employees do not understand the importance of service in tourism, everything suffers from this.
For visitors:
1. There is nowhere to eat in the evening
2. Duplicate the information about breakfast in the morning, otherwise you risk being left without breakfast.
3. Information about catering establishments in neighboring cities is not relevant to the administration, use the Yandex map, but not everything is relevant there either.
The castle is beautiful, I have been visiting it for the 4th time.
The hotel is gorgeous, but be prepared that you only pay for the room. The rooms are excellent, clean, warm with air conditioning, bathrobes and towels, TV, semi-dead internet, water, 3in1 coffee and tea bags. No bar, no food of any kind.
And get ready for full self-service, do not overestimate expectations and do not rely on the staff, they are not used to thinking and taking care of the comfort of the guests. No offers of food and drinks or anything else for rooms from $100 to $200 a night.
I really hope that the administration reads the reviews and will spend money on high-quality training of staff in the field of tourism.
For the administration:
1. The signs for the entrance to the hotel are not visible from the road.
2. The site is not informative.
3. Communication via messengers is not established properly, the reaction rate to messages is days / weeks or a complete lack of feedback.
4. The information provided does not match the realities.
5. Orders and time are not respected.
6. The staff is polite, but you have to extract information, there is no habit of thinking ahead.
7. Frequent absence of staff at the reception, you have to search all floors.
To the management of the castle:
Tourism is primarily a service on every meter of your territory.
From the quality of the roads and the welcoming sign from both directions, markings on the roads, parking lots, and the territory of the complex to a smile at the eviction.
No service, no tourism.

Well done! The grand round hall upstairs has been opened! I saw the beginning of this construction 10 years ago on a bike trip - and what a striking contrast now! We stopped by from Sunday to Monday - and the whole huge palace was at our disposal - and dinner in the beautiful interior of the restaurant, and a night tour of the castle! Helpful staff with eyewitness stories about an underground passage 25 km to the Sapieha Palace - there were not enough ghosts!

After visiting the castle, we wanted to stay in order to stay longer in a beautiful place and went to the hotel to find out if there were rooms. They told us from the doorstep that it was necessary to look on the Internet, and not to go to "hotels", reluctantly they gave us a strange-looking folder with prices and photos. By the way, the interior of the rooms is very much so-so. While I was looking at the folder, a friend was on the phone. The lady at the reception began to rudely tell her that she was illegally filming something on her phone and so on. They escaped from this strange place. If this is how they meet, then what will happen during the stay...

I liked the rooms. But I noticed cobwebs on the walls. The towels are "prickly", not the first freshness. The robes are small, they didn't climb on me. We couldn't have dinner. The restaurant served local officials. There is also an event in the cafe, we took cold potatoes and a couple of cutlets with us.
