A great, fresh, modern hotel. The room is comfortable, everything you need to eat, there is nothing superfluous) the staff speaks excellent Russian, is polite, tactful. I ordered a transfer - a little more expensive than a taxi on Yandex, but I was met at the airport by a business class car (according to the same Yandex, if you look at it), the location is good, the center is accessible on foot. There is a construction site nearby, but here ... in general, I recommend it for visits. I will definitely use it myself. The price/quality ratio is good.

Good location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, restaurant on the 12th or 13th floor with great views.
There are disadvantages.
1. The room was completely cleaned, during the 5 days of stay, the bed linen was never changed, and the bed was never made, as it is done in all hotels. I had to beg for my slippers because they weren't in the room.
2. On the 2nd day of the stay, the water in the shower began to drain badly, the drain was clogged with hair, while it was easy to determine by removing the iron grate. And so, until the moment of departure, every day I approached the respon with this question, and every day someone was "sent" to me who would fix it, and every day in the evening I found the same hair in the same place again.

The breakfasts are great! Just a delight! There are many different fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, fish, meat, fresh pastries.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is also clean, there are bathrobes and slippers everywhere.
A house is being built nearby, so the noise goes on from 8 a.m. and almost all day. Windows are not very helpful (At first I thought the window was open. So, ask for a room on the other side. In the shower, I had an upper watering can that was not working, everything was pouring in different directions, but not down. And it's not because of salt deposits, it's something inside the watering can. And the air conditioner was working strangely. I wanted to make heating, but the air was barely warm all the time.
