It is not clear at all why this branch exists if it does not have cash desks / currency exchange. A currency ATM may not have the right currency or the right denomination (at best, there are 100€\100$ bills) The most disgusting private bank in the country: there are several branches where you can withdraw currency from a card / exchange currency in Minsk, there is either no money in the existing ones, or queues of 30+ minutes. Employees do not know information beyond their department, and the same is true in the application. Every time you have to go around 2-3 branches to withdraw some ridiculous amounts from their card.

It is unclear why a bank if there are no cash desks in it!? The girl at the reception did not even bother to tell how to withdraw money from a virtual card without a cash register. "I can't help you with anything." Make an application to which you can connect your virtual cards and withdraw money from an ATM!
