I made an order for the installation of a turnstile twice (Minsk center). After 3 days, they called back and said that they had found a master and would be at two o'clock in the afternoon. The day of installation came, at one o'clock in the afternoon I decided to call Excellent people to find out the status and somehow contact the master, I was on the line for 3 minutes, no one picked up the phone, then they called back and said they would contact the master.
I call at two o'clock, they are rude to me and say wait another 30 minutes for the master to go.
I call at four o'clock for three attempts, no one picks up the phone for 3 minutes, they are rude to me and say that Nikolai should have already contacted me, they do not give him his number, I ask you to find out where he is.
They call me back and tell me not to bother them with calls and hang up
