The customer service processes are organized rather strangely, apparently using some unique technology that is understandable only to the authors and the bank's management. Judging by the lack of smiles on the stony faces of ordinary employees and their frightened eyes, the management style in the bank is totalitarian. Among the values of the bank, there is clearly no customer orientation, it doesn't matter. Customer segmentation is probably not a priority either. The result is that I close the account today and stop interacting with them as an individual. For the rest, I recommend that you think twice before opening an account with this bank or conducting any significant transactions (there is a risk of not receiving money without explaining the reasons, as my case shows).
