The price is normal, especially when I came* from Georgia and realized that Booking in Turkey does not work for Turkey...and you need to quickly and preferably not expensive ... One of the advantages for me is that it is possible with animals, I travel with a dog...and we were allowed to leave our suitcases before check-in, arrived early, left for breakfast, our luggage was locked in some room. The mausoleum of Anytkabir is 900 meters from the hotel, I walked quietly. Be sure to visit this place, it is mega-cool and powerful...it works from 9 to 17 daily, admission is free for everyone, at least 2 hours is necessary for inspection.. There is no conder among the minuses..it wasn't in ours..on the ground floor near the elevator...they gave me a fan...in short, the conditions are not for the fastidious. There were 2 rooms. Bedroom and hall. There was an ambush with the dishes, I had to beg from the administration. It was at the end of August 2023.. The bed is comfortable..towels were given only 2 pieces for two..the room was not cleaned..we were there for 2 days..they didn't stay for 3 days..let's go further..The administrators are very friendly.

Everything is quite tired of furniture: a burnt sofa, cracks in the laminate and so on. If you refresh and then maintain, then there will be no price for apartments. The only question for visitors is: why smoke indoors if there is a terrace / balcony?!
