The hotel is only good for its convenient location, 10 minutes from the new airport. It is suitable to wait out the time between flights. That's where the advantages end.
The hotel is quite old, the rooms are "tired" and in need of repair. We had a sofa in our room with cigarette holes. It is located on a very noisy street.
There is a mosque right across the street. When there is prayer, it feels like the mullah is singing right in the room.
For 4 people, they gave only 2 towels and 1 tiny bottle of shower gel.
The staff is just terrible. An absolutely amoebic employee at the reception with the speed of a turtle. We took a transfer from the airport and to the airport for the next flight from the hotel. The transfer to the airport was half an hour late! This is a very critical delay for a trip to the plane! After our outrage, we lost the opportunity to leave a review on the booking. The hotel intentionally filters only positive reviews! Be careful!

I thank the hotel staff for their warm welcome, hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness. The room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious.
The noise on the street didn't bother me personally. Next time I want to stay at this hotel

I was bribed by the proximity to the airport, I read good reviews on the booking. When we arrived, we were just in shock. As we wrote above, it is a rural area, near a road and a mosque.
The photo does not correspond to reality, the room is dead, there is no hot water, the heating does not work, they decided not to stop even for a day, canceled the reservation.
The only thing is, the owner helped me find another hotel.

A new and budget hotel. We had 12 hours between flights at Istanbul airport, where it is impossible or too expensive to relax.For 30 EBRO/ day, we reserved a 2-room room with two baths along with breakfast for two. A round-trip taxi cost 25 euros. The road is good and takes 15 minutes.There was no one else on our floor but us.The staff is very polite.

The hotel is located in a rural area. It's a bit dirty around and there's a road nearby. Very poor sound insulation. The hotel is convenient that it is 15 minutes from the airport when you need to sleep a night before departure. There are no more advantages.
Maybe I was unlucky, but my neighbors went to visit each other all night. It feels like the rooms are rented by couples for dates.
