A good location from the point of view of silence, it is a fairly quiet area where you can get a good night's sleep.
The staff is moderately friendly. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast is quite tasty, but not very varied - lots of vegetables and cheeses, pastries, little meat :)
Now the cons are, they wanted to move into the wrong room that we booked, we had to talk a little bit, and in the end we came to the original option. A lot of things in the room are not working - sockets, lamps, weak Internet connection. The heating is intermittent.
In general, I chose the hotel due to the cool royal name of the room, which is very large and spacious. In this regard, the hotel has justified itself.
Otherwise, it's 4/5, I'd look at other places again, this time it's OK.

The hotel is fairly new, spacious, and in a good location. There is a large shopping center nearby, the Balat district with beautiful colorful houses can be reached in 35 minutes, the center can be reached by tram, and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. go. The rooms are large, beautiful, everything worked, the only problem with the light, a lot of buttons, they couldn't guess what to turn on) there is a spa center on the 2nd floor, but I warn you right away - you need caps for the pool, otherwise you will be forced to buy from them. The food at the breakfasts is very decent. In short, I recommend it!

I was in Istanbul for the first time. I chose the hotel for a very long time, read reviews, tried to view publications on social networks. As a result, the choice fell here!
We are absolutely satisfied with everything.
1. Cleaning the room every morning. We left for breakfast and came back, and everything was already cleaned up.
2. Breakfasts are incomparable: different types of cheeses, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, etc.
3. Very nice staff who speak English fluently, but unfortunately do not speak Russian.
4. The insulation between the rooms is excellent. It was rare to hear someone slam the door.
5. There is no noise on the street at night, because the area is sleeping, although close to the sights.
6. There are shops, restaurants, cafes around the hotel. There is even a shopping mall nearby down the street.
I recommend it!

Well, so-so, to be honest. Average. Although they position themselves as 5*, these five stars are purely Turkish: the appearance of chic hides a complete collective farm. The location is more or less. The breakfasts are normal, but no more. There are quite a few little things that spoil everything: scary slamming doors (everywhere!), audibility - everywhere you can hear everything, how people walk, how people talk, but this is probably generally accepted in Turkey - they are not bothered by noise, for example, they all speak here not just on speakerphone, but directly on video. Including from the spa, sauna, for example, I personally observed. And loudly. In general, Turkey is Turkey. The staff is also so-so, if they don't understand you (or don't want to do something), they just say yes, yes, now, and forget about you. At the same time, tips are always strongly hinted at everywhere. Shortly This is Turkey.
There are a lot of sweets for breakfast, but it's dough and sugar.
Non-smoking rooms are downstairs, and smokers are on the upper floors. You need to ask for bathrobes to be brought. And they're TERRIBLY old, literally full of holes.

A wonderful halal hotel! We were very satisfied. No alcohol👍🏻Swimming pool, hammam and gym separate husband/wife. A very tasty and varied breakfast. Polite and helpful staff, we especially want to mention Vedat, who works with all his heart and soul! The staff speaks excellent English. The room is spacious and beautiful, the hotel is not located in the very center, but you can quickly get to the historical center by tram. There is a good Historia shopping center nearby.
The only disadvantage of staying in this hotel was the quality of cleaning, for a weak 3: dust, finger stains on furniture, dirty carpet, current cleaning was carried out very poorly (

We stayed at this hotel in March 2024. The hotel opened in 2019 and generally leaves a pleasant impression. Large rooms in an expensive and rich style))), central air conditioning system (I hate split systems), good breakfasts from 6.30 to 10.30. Upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100 euros, this is the first time I've met with such a person. If you buy food, it is better to hide it in a bag so that it is not visible. The hotel has some kind of internal rules prohibiting food from being brought in. One tourist has already written about it in the reviews. The hotel is not within walking distance of the main attractions, you will have to travel at least 4 tram stops. If you want to go out in the evening and walk in the historical center, then this hotel is not for you. The tram stop is 300 meters away (exit and turn right). There are terminals for the sale and replenishment of travel cards in front of the turnstiles at the stop. The terminals have a choice of Russian language. As far as I remember, I chose the topmost item from the menu Card + the rest of the money on it. I inserted a 200 lira bill, 70 was debited for the card, 130 was credited to the account. In the future, to replenish it, you just need to attach it to a special place on the terminal on the right and insert a bill, the card will be replenished. Several people can use one card, just put it to the turnstile and go through, 17.7 liras will be debited. At the same time, the current balance is displayed on the turnstile. You can eat in two nearby cafes. One to the right from the hotel through the house (next to the pizzeria) is called Atalarimiz, the second to the left from the hotel, walk 30 meters and there will be a Suleymaniye restaurant on the left. You can also eat in the hotel restaurant, there are dishes at an affordable price, they give you a tablet with a menu with pictures, you will figure it out.

The breakfast food is outright rubbish, the coffee is terrible, there is no question of any 5 stars.
The room (5037) was given near those rooms, there was always something humming behind the wall, 100% audibility, in the morning a child was screaming in the other room, and the feeling was right in my ear. Moreover, the hotel was not crowded, why settle near those premises?
The rooms are very tired, there is dirt in the corners, the carpet is not covered in anything, it's all stained.
Location: it's far from the sights, you have to take the tram. You can't walk.

The hotel is excellent, especially for couples who are looking for a hotel with a halal concept, there are prayer rooms, separate fitness rooms, a spa, both in the female and mixed parts (where 90% are men) there is a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, hammam. I didn't like that the men's locker room was cleaned by women 60-65 years old, there were still occasionally women in the mixed fitness room, which was also not very good, it would be great if this area was exclusively male. Breakfast is 3.5/5, there are few sausages, cheeses, sausages, bacon, there are practically no full-fledged dishes, there are no desserts either, the pastries are good, especially mini croissants. There is a tram station within walking distance. The hotel restaurant has excellent tea, the food is tasteless from the word at all. It is better to take a room where there is no balcony (most of the balconies look at the buildings opposite), since in a room with a balcony on the floor all rooms have a balcony and if you try, you can easily climb over to the balcony of another room, in general, leaving the balcony door open at night is not an option, it is unsafe.

Excellent hotel, warmly welcomed. The rooms are excellent, there is a terrace. There are 4 tram stops from the historical center, by the way, the metro stop is also nearby. There are 2 tram stops across the street from the History shopping center, Laleili opr and retail for shopaholics. There are many shops within walking distance and cafes for every budget. A great hotel if you like peace and quiet! It is located in a conservative part of Istanbul. If you need a mish engine and hangouts, then it's not really for you, it's a little different! But by taking the tram, which is a 3-minute walk away, or by taxi at the hotel, in just 10 minutes you will find yourself in the center of all the events, restaurants and life of Istanbul! By the way, breakfast is very good at the hotel :) The staff and cleanliness are from 5 to 5.

Not a bad hotel. 15 minutes by tram to Ai Sofia, 40 minutes on foot. There is a shopping center nearby with a sanction and a normal exchange rate.
The food is good. Conference rooms are insanely expensive and not worth the money: there is no natural light, the markers are all exhausted, stuffy.
The staff tries hard, helped out a lot at atypical requests, were very responsive. I still owe 30 liras for cookies, because there was no local currency, the debt was forgiven :)
