The location is not convenient, it's a long walk, there are no decent cafes nearby. The hotel is very "dirty" and smoky. I don't recommend it.

I waited an hour for at least one of the employees to try to find out when the kitchen would open. An hour later, they also didn't know if it would open at all or not. Beer costs 600 rubles for 0.3
