They broke the charging station of my product that I sent to repair the fan of my robot vacuum cleaner and sent it back to me. I have been sending it back constantly for three months, but no solution has been produced and it is being sent back. Finally, they broke the water tank and they're sending me videos. However, when I sent it to them, there were no problems with the charging station or the water tank. They created problems themselves and sent them to us.The scumbags do not produce solutions in any way. I will apply for Cimere user rights everywhere.
