I applied for verification of documents for the purchase of a house. They are trying to breed at all steps.
1. At first, they tried to hang noodles that the area where the house is located with an increased level of radiation (this is a new area where the state is now actively building houses). Then that the house is on the outskirts of the city, then that the house will still need to be invested in repairs, why do I need it like this. Naturally, the agency had a variant of its ready-made hut in the "center" of the city, with a minimum amount of land, with a terrible old renovation, in the old district, probably with fascinating neighbors that are peculiar to the old districts. But for the same amount (well, you probably would have to pay a normal commission to the agency).
2. When the first option failed to breed, they began to try to talk about increasing the cost of services. Although initially I immediately discussed specific amounts over the phone. Here, too, it did not work out, since I know that there are many services and the amounts for each service are limited, I would ask for each service that they would try to push through to increase the cost.
3. When they started checking the house and land, they sent a paper that restrictions were imposed, which got on the nerves of the seller. It turned out that the paper did not correspond to reality. The request to provide an official response from the city executive committee that there are restrictions was refused, they said that an employee of the city executive committee was mistaken.
I never recommend anyone to have anything to do with this agency. Their only interest is to make as much money as possible.
