I was watching a three-piece rental. A beautiful residential complex, but not a very convenient entrance (from the playground), narrow in winter, flooded with melted snow, poorly cleaned. The apartments have a good layout, clean halls, high ceilings, but it was confusing that the apartment has thin cracks in the plaster, as if the house is still "playing", although the building is no longer new. It's uncomfortable with seismicity. In general, a good residential complex in the city center.

Perhaps one of the first business class residential complexes in Almaty. Good location, high-quality construction. There are of course small disadvantages, but this is the fault of the management company.
