We lived here from March 9 to March 18, 2020. 5th floor, room 502. Booked until March 19th, but left a day earlier, the money turned out to be even a little cheaper. In baht it was about 6,500, and in rubles it was 13,800.
Everything was fine with us. Polite staff. When booking, the booking indicated that we would arrive at the hotel in the period from 8 to 10 pm. In fact, they arrived with delays at 23 o'clock or even later. We were settled without any problems.
They asked for a deposit of 200 baht for the second key card.
The room had a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, TV, kettle, dishes, balcony. Wi-Fi worked without problems. Everything is as described. There were no problems with hot water. If you want your room to be cleaned, you need to put a special sign on the door handle. Mv was only asked to clean the room three times. When cleaning the room, they change towels, linen, put new shampoos and soap and put new water. As for the cleaning itself, it is carried out very superficially, the balcony is not washed at all, the dust is not wiped. Well, it didn't bother us for 10 days, we lived quietly)
On the ground floor, there was free access to water, thermal water, bags of coffee, sugar and milk powder, and a microwave.
They didn't meet any Russians except us) the hotel felt half empty. I slept quietly, which is the most important thing.
In general, our stay at this hotel was good! The sea is very close, tuk-tuks are walking! Nearby there is a 7 eleven store, cafes, a massage parlor and an exchange office! I recommend it!
