I came here at 21:35. I was choosing a shirt without fitting it, just choosing to buy immediately. The two “consultants” were talking to each other . After two minutes they just called me out and told me the store will be close in 5 min(IT WAS ONLY 21:37 lol). So I told them that I will not fitting it , just buy. So they look at me if I had come to their house at the night 🫠
I think it’s better to go to another oysho even if it’s in Tbilisi. Because for inditex the stuff like this two just a shame
A consultant girl named SALOME (on badge), who works today (07/04/2024) in the evening on shift, was EXTREMELY IMPOLITE and behaved rudely. She was rude. She did not want to bring the things to the fitting room that I asked her to, indicating that I should walk to them myself in the hall and take them myself. I had to ask several times to bring the same thing, almost to persuade. She did everything with strong negativity, behaved extremely RUDELY AND BOORISHLY. Also, she hung a shirt with a stain back in front of me, although I showed her that this shirt was dirty.
The second consultant girl named TAKO (on the badge) also did not want to bring clothes and pointed me to the gym. Since I was already tired of their attitude and persuading them to do THEIR job, I had to go to the gym myself and bring myself a thing right in the clothes that I was trying on. TAKO was extremely lazy, didn't even listen to the customers, including me. She turned away when she was told something.
I would have bought a lot more things if the staff had done their job and helped the client.
I hope the management will pay attention to how employees work in this store and take action. Otherwise, because of these employees, the management loses customers and profits, because I was not the only one who came across the rudeness of these girls.
