We wanted to buy certificates, because previously they seemed to be on sale. The cashier told us that they were only in electronic format on the site, we hesitated and instead of helping, we were asked to step back to serve the customer behind us. The second consultant didn't give a damn, they didn't offer or help anything. The staff is not motivated, apparently the sales make themselves.
