A wide range of products
You can order online and through the app, and pick up in the store. If not, but you can wait until they bring it from the warehouse to order (they will write there) or leave a request. The staff is always polite. There are queues, but not scary and not often. A good discount system for all buyers and for the owners of the (very convenient) Oz application.
Favorite store. They are often bought in it. Starting from books and ending with your favorite tea and toys for your sister.

The situation and the work of the staff does not cause any complaints. Two stars fell out because of the prices. For many competitors, they are noticeably lower. It is not possible to reduce the cost of retail - you need to take an additional one.services and other (reasonable) marketing "gadgets". In a nutshell, I expected more from the store.
