A good online store ОZ.by . I am very glad that the store has opened in the Zavodsky district of the capital in such a convenient location near the Aytazavodskaya metro station. The staff is competent and helpful. The store is small and as a minus, I can note that a large queue may gather (especially during the school shopping season before September).

When buying an electronic certificate, they send a picture in terrible quality (in jpeg format), on which the code is very poorly visible when printed. It's the 21st century, and it's probably very difficult to make a pdf format. I contacted the support service, where they said that I had to go to the store and buy on the spot, they refused to exchange or refund money for an unused certificate. And this is during a pandemic!
Now I will go pregnant to the store to get infected with the crown and buy a physical certificate.. With this attitude, it will be my last order in this store.
