I ordered a train model for the new year for the child, paid on December 20. On December 28, I was informed that the order would not arrive by the new year there would be a delay. The plans went on for a long time - 2 weeks. If I had known, I would have canceled the purchase. The store refused to issue a PAID order until I put on a muzzle at the checkout. Go around the store without a muzzle, and put it on at the checkout. Put my plans on the table and leave me alone. I'll take it easy and go out! I ordered the plans elsewhere, they were delivered on the third day, they couldn't stand the brains, the plans were in a bag. And then they almost threw it to a dog. I waited, it's called. Good afternoon. An unsuccessful visit to this particular branch. We were passing through, the child asked to buy a sketch book for the road. I asked the staff to help me quickly choose and pay, explaining the reason that we were late for the train. When there is a queue of 6 people, only one ticket office serves. The three remaining employees apparently do not participate in the service. Please help, show loyalty - "we can't do anything if there are a lot of customers." After 5 minutes, the second cash register was opened. No requests for loyalty were applied to the staff. Strange. People have different situations. Two stars only for brand loyalty. But I don't think I'll ever contact this branch again.
