An inexpensive old but neat hotel near the highway near Smolevichi. 85 rubles. double room.
Near the new Smolevich district and a large shopping center, where there is everything: small cafes to eat, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, entertainment for children, and much more.
The rooms in the hotel are neat, minimalistic in decor and furniture. There is no chest of drawers or bedside tables. But there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and Underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Poor sound insulation. Footsteps and slamming doors could be heard half the night.
The room has a descaling kettle with clean water and two cups. There is no tea. I asked for glasses from the receptionist, we are not supposed to have glasses according to the regulations. However, the receptionist went to meet them and brought glasses from the restaurant.
You can play billiards for 20 rubles per hour.
There are breakfasts, but in our case the cafe was closed on January 6.
Very nice surrounding area and backyard. Lots of greenery, gazebos and barbecues.
Overall, we liked it. I had the impression that I was spending the night in an old mysterious castle.🙂

It's a pity to put even a star!
I had to stop on the way!It was late, we were tired of the road, we wanted to sleep and had no strength to sit and read reviews, but as it turned out in vain!!! The
hotel is very gloomy inside, as if it were not old. Very similar to Dracula's castle.
Inside, everything is shabby, old, but most importantly, unkempt.
We got a bright pink room with a wrought-iron bed and wrought-iron lamps...It looked very vulgar. The atmosphere is definitely not for a tired traveler!
The room was so smoky that my eyes watered and my throat was sore. The carpet on the floor is stained. The chairs are so dirty that we were afraid to put our things down, let alone sit down.
There is a shower corner in the bathroom. The door was dangling, all broken. It was cold in the room.
There was a big billiard table in the hall!There is little lighting. There were paintings all around.
Someone wrote about the atmosphere from the 90s, that's probably the point!
We were afraid to have breakfast in this place. After changing clothes in the car from head to toe, we went in search of food.
Along the way, they were afraid to check into hotels for a long time, first they came in, looked at the room, and then they made out, taught by experience!
I can assume that it was quite tolerable there before, but what we saw requires repair and good cleaning!
And now there is a complete discrepancy between the price and the provision of services.

I do not advise those who want to relax. Of the big disadvantages, these are synthpone pillows. A dead mattress (I can probably count all the springs with my back). In fact, there is 1 outlet in the corridor (except for the one with a TV), there is essentially no WiFi (1 modem on the third floor) and the price is higher than that of apartments for a day.

A review for tourists.
If you are a citizen of Belarus or the Russian Federation, then you are welcome. If you are a foreigner, then be kind, pay extra money on top, it is more expensive for you. And this "not welcome" mood will haunt you a lot in Belarus.
Now to the "hotel"
The rooms are Soviet-style, to put it mildly.. Well, that's to put it very mildly. It was so unpleasant to be there that I even disdained to take a shower with these strange burgundy towels, and not because I'm a sissy, but because absolutely everything looks as scary as possible there)) Outside the window below, someone on the street was listening to music, drinking, it was impossible to sleep.. the first room stank terribly of the toilet (there is no hood, fan in the rooms) and asked to change to another one. And then the door doesn't close from the inside.. the mattress is in pellets, the bed linen is like grandma's at home.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this hotel. We were initially looking for an air-conditioned room, the receptionist said on the phone that there was one in the room. In practice, it turned out that the buttons in the air conditioner were specially broken so that it would not be turned on. They said that they just plugged it into an outlet, but it would be warm to blow, since it was warm outside. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, it feels like tourists are specially feeding mosquitoes. Upon arrival, I had to wait for the administrator for half an hour. We went to the hotel there is no one. There is a phone number on the counter that cannot be reached. I won't talk about my grandmother's room situation, the water in the shower and in the sink is really bad.

I agree with all the reviews. The place is good. The rooms are "tired". The water in the shower does not go well. People are nice. It is perfect for an overnight stay before departure! You can perfectly stock up on groceries at the supermarket. Or eat in a cafe. In general, for this money, the very thing!

The room stock is clearly not new, but it's okay, you can live. The air conditioners in the rooms are "elephants", pretty shabby. I don't know how I was in the winter.
There is a cafe nearby, open until 9 pm, it is worth considering, it closes early. There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

It's a terrible place. We arrived in the evening, for the first time in Belarus. We came to have dinner after the trip. I ordered chicken broth, and my husband ordered borscht. Well, it's quite sad: broth is muddy water with water, and borscht is solid vinegar. Pancakes are solid butter.
But the next day, the attitude of the staff killed us altogether.
In the morning we went to breakfast (we specified the opening time in the evening), we go down, and they tell us that the schedule is not correct and there are still 30 minutes before breakfast.
Since there is a hall in the complex itself, as well as a separate standing room on the street. We went outside, the door was closed in front of us and they said they were no longer working.
It is very sad that such an attitude.

Sadly. Even for a small town. The furniture is old, everything is dead, the work schedule is real and the sign in the morning is different- it should work, but it is closed... Waiters- it is clear that there is no hurry, but still. The kitchen- considering the minimum of people in the hall - is more or less an assortment. They need investments and directors - a good location makes it possible to attract a stream of people. The restaurant in Raubichi is quite inconvenient - and there are no free places on weekends.

The cafe is gradually rolling down, one Saturday you will come, the entrance costs 3 rubles, and the other 5 rubles. No one informs you about the entrance fee, is it really hard to do this when you book a table or at least at the entrance? you can only see it in the receipt.
The menu is generally disgusting, a lot of things are listed, but in fact, 5 out of 15 dishes can be ordered.
The attitude of the staff is terrible, you pay for the entrance (although no cafe in Minsk takes payment for the entrance), so they also treat you like you came here.
