On the one hand, you can buy cheap shoes here, on the other hand, the market is quite chaotic, it is unclear when and what is open, one day some shops may work, on the other, others. And all kinds of mopeds are constantly driving when they carry goods. In principle, it's not bad if you live nearby, but I wouldn't go here from other areas, it's not worth it.
