I am currently staying at this hotel. Convenient location, we live on the 17th floor (only 18), stunning views of the city, across the street shopping center "Terminal 21", the beach on a good road 3-5 minutes walk. The hotel is new, modern. The room is nice, everything is thought out, at first it was unusual that the wardrobe is located in a room with a shower and toilet. But it turned out that it is even convenient, it has light and heating (the heat of the back wall of the refrigerator, which is located in the closet in the hallway, is rationally used), clothes are dry and warm. The wardrobe is large, the suitcase and everything else fit, there is nothing superfluous in the room. A huge bed (consists of two) with orthopedic mattresses, good pillows and snow-white linen. The room is cleaned daily. Change towels every day, 2 bottles of water for 1 day. The breakfasts are great. The staff is responsive, welcomes and smiles at you every time. I will definitely return to this hotel. Yes, and also, there are very few Russians here, as I understand it, they are traditionally located on the territory of Jomtien Beach. OZO is located in the northern part of Pattaya, dominated by noisy Chinese, Indians and Europeans. To get to any part of the city from the hotel by tuk-tuk without problems, near the final or initial stop of tuk-tuks in the area of the fountain with dolphins.

The hotel is a network hat. I live here now, it feels like I'm on vacation in India. Crowds of Hindus (and mostly men). The crowd of Hindus left, the crowd of Chinese drove in). There are few Europeans. The breakfasts seem to be varied, but absolutely tasteless. The staff are sleepy flies. The pool is small and shallow. Everything in the room seems to be new, but everything is done on the spot - the sockets are falling out, the shower cabin is leaking, the sink is uncomfortable. The room is small, the closet in the bathroom is a very controversial decision. There are no bathrobes/slippers. There is a hair dryer, but there is no outlet for the mirror. In short, I do not recommend a hotel. It refers to Thailand only by location. It's not worth the money. We ordered the hotel through tripcom, when booking we indicated one kingsize bed. In fact, these are two beds pushed together and covered with one sheet. A star for cleaning, everything is on the level here.

It is located in a quiet, peaceful place away from the noisy streets, but close to an excellent shopping center. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are standard, the cleaning is average, the staff is excellent, very friendly, attentive. The only disadvantage is that they do not understand English and, of course, Russian too.

New hotel, great location and good grounds.
There is a swimming pool, there were no problems with sun beds.
There is a small slide for children, on which we also managed to ride a little.
The breakfasts are generally good, of course a lot for Asians and Indians, but you can have a hearty snack.
The room had a sea view and a balcony.
A big disadvantage is that there is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Cleaning is daily, there were no complaints.
The room was not far from the elevator, so sometimes the loud-talking guests coming out of it and going to their rooms got in the way a little. Once I had to go out and ask for
"shut up please".
There were a lot of Indians at the time of the stay, this is a separate story.

There is a feeling that this institution is run by a not very competent manager. Because the lack of slippers, bathrobes, a set of toothbrushes is the first time in all my trips. We were just in the OZO in Phuket and we liked it there, so we chose this network in Pattaya too, we will not come anymore.

We have been resting here for the last couple of days at the moment. Well, what can I say?! Of the advantages, the location and the new swimming pool. Everything. The room is small, the closet in the bathroom, the balcony is tiny, the water in the shower flows on the floor.
The attitude at check-in generally leaves much to be desired. If you are not Chinese or Indian, you can immediately sit down and wait according to the residual principle. You will be served when all the Chinese are settled, even if they arrived much later than you. As a result, we were given a room by the elevator. I had to wait another hour to change to a room away from the elevator.
Breakfasts also leave much to be desired, however, as well as a buffet for a lot of money. Everything on the sideboard was inedible. And paid tea for 120 Baht. We managed to snatch bacon exactly twice out of 14 days for breakfast . They take out everything in scanty cups. Moreover, the hotel is full . There are a lot of families of the above nationalities. There's just not enough food. Granola ran out on day 10 - so they still haven't put it on. There was cheese with mold two times - everything, the rest of the days one kind of cheese. An Indian delegation visited for a couple of days, an Indian corner was made for them with delicious tortillas, kari and pampushki. After their departure, the corner was removed for some reason. And so it is in everything. The hotel is 4 stars. I have not seen such poor breakfasts and frankly tasteless anywhere for a long time.
Let's go back to the numbers. There are NO forks, spoons, disposable bathroom accessories (toothbrush, comb, etc.), slippers, bathrobes in the room! Take your slippers with you, because it's just unpleasant to walk barefoot on the floor. There are no dressing gowns either and there won't be any. Therefore, I advise you to take home things. There is no mini bar, but there is a refrigerator.
It seems that these are the main nuances of the hotel.
We were unlucky, perhaps if our agent had warned us, and not boasted that "all her tourists who returned from the Ozone were wildly delighted", I would have been ready for such surprises. Or you could even choose another hotel, because this one has never been cheap. But already as it is. I hope my review will help someone.

Just got back.... The Ozo Hotel is brand new, pretty, everything is clean! everything is cool. An urban-type hotel. 3 minutes to Terminal 21.

The pool is convenient for children, because it is shallow, only 1.2 meters, large, clean, and was used with pleasure at a time when it was not captured by Indian vacationers! It's like I got to China. The staff is not responsive at all. The priority is only the Chinese and Koreans. It was very unpleasant. Especially when you are standing talking at the reception with the staff, the Chinese come up, that's it. They run straight to the Chinese, they forgot about us. There are cockroaches in the room. Inconvenient furniture arrangement. The closet is in the bathroom. Things are wet. The room is small. One of the advantages is a good swimming pool. And the restaurant has friendly staff.
