If possible, I advise you to avoid this pick-up point, especially if you need to make a refund. There is one not very adequate employee there who comes up with her own return rules, makes offensive statements and accompanies it all with an appropriate facial expression. Contacting the support service solves the refund problem, but you need to go twice.
