I often come here, especially when there are good discounts on Ozon. I am always pleased with the girls' work: they are kind, responsive, accept refusals without unnecessary questions and explain everything that is needed. The atmosphere is friendly and it's always nice to come back.
As for breaks, let's be honest, we're all human, not robots. No one wants to work without rest. If you worked in this rhythm yourself, you would surely understand how important these minutes are for recuperation. So the girls are absolutely right to take care of themselves. It is better to wait a bit, but get service from a rested and courteous staff.

The break time is written by the employee by hand and varies each time at the request of the employee of the pick-up point. For this reason, the work schedule of the point is completely unclear. When talking to an employee, I always get a very rude answer without explanation. This is an absolutely negligent attitude to work!
