I don't understand what's going on at this point at all... If there are no employees, then the goods are accepted for two hours. But now we have crossed all the boundaries. Changing rooms in the hallway-seriously? Plus, there's some kind of chemical stink. I ask you to understand labor protection and check safety procedures, including fire safety. There are boxes all around, there is no passage, the fire exit is blocked.
The worst Ozone point in the area is due to the staff. They NEVER open at 09:00. People come especially early before work and stand outside knocking on doors, waiting for an employee with a disgruntled face to deign to open the doors and start their work. They are also rude to comments that they do not respond to working hours from 09:00. If another store opens nearby, I will never order anything else!
The staff gave out the goods and immediately closed the order, for the first time, I had to mess around and make refunds for a bunch of defective goods. We spent a lot of time because of an incompetent employee.
I would like to ask the employee to wash at least sometimes.
Without warning, the doors were closed for a break! The delivery was delayed, my wife and I spent 30 minutes on the road, and as a result, we still had to wait more than an hour. And at first it was 20 minutes.
3 stars for the fact that Sunday, Monday is a day off. At least they opened it for an hour, if the order arrives on Saturday evening and you didn't have time to pick it up, then that's it, wait another 2 days. And there are already queues there on Tuesday. Wow! Thanks!
