It's terrible! We ran for the frying pan to eat the pancakes that we had been planning for a week! We ran all the way from home to make it, and all for the pancakes!! And ozone closed 10 minutes earlier! We came running all sweaty and angry by 20.52, and it was already closed. All my hopes and dreams were destroyed at that moment. Ozone was supposed to close at 21.00

There is a claim, but not to a specific point of issue, but rather to ozone in general. For almost a month I waited for the goods from the Russian Federation, but a day before the appointed date, the order status changed with the wording "we specify the date and time of delivery". Three days later, in the dark, I received a message that Ozone canceled my order and will refund the money within 10 days. I think they stole the most valuable thing in the modern world, time! I do not recommend contacting this office. An irresponsible and incompetent service.
