Okay, once people made a mistake! But I was standing in a queue of the same. Someone received a refund incorrectly, someone lost a parcel. Everything is lying under my feet. Mud. Empathy from employees is zero, customer service is zero.
And by the way, it's very often closed there, like for a technical 15-minute break. It is not always possible to enter for a parcel the first time, arriving during opening hours.
The worst PVZ I've ever visited. Not only is the PVZ itself small, but there is some kind of chaos in the room: parcels are lying underfoot, lying unattended in the client's area while the employee goes to an improvised warehouse. The employees themselves are incompetent: the product was lost at the PVZ, but the customer is to blame, the best they can offer is to come tomorrow. Sorry for the wasted time.
This is the most terrible PVZ. They came to pick up the goods, the point was closed for acceptance of the goods. We waited an hour! While it was visible that the girl was sitting on the phone and recording a video. Another girl saw that there were people standing and did not react to it in any way. It turned out that their program was stuck and they didn't even report it and no one was able to pick up the order.
