What is the ozone pick-up point? A regular post office! The queue is shared by coupons, although you take an ozone coupon, no one will approach you until the general queue reaches. Don't even count on the package!

At least put a sign on the table that the queue for ozone is on coupons, as is the post office in which it is located. No information, and people don't order from you all their lives.
