We came to pick up the order on 07/20/2024 at 16.50.
There is a sign on the door that says lunch time until 17:30.
This is outrageous!
We contacted the support service, where they offered to come at another time, if it doesn't work out yourself, then send another person😡😡😡

Yesterday I picked up an order consisting of several items and for the first time asked to give me a package to carry everything away, but the employee said that the packages are paid and in general it is necessary to put some kind of tick in the application to provide the package. Some kind of nonsense, considering that the day before I was offered a package when I didn't even ask, and it always was, but at this point I was shocked by such a statement from an employee. I asked him to show me where to tick the box, and he said he didn't know. In general, I am not a competent employee, I am without a package – therefore I put such an assessment.

I came 2 times before closing (today at 20:30, when the point should be open until 21:00), and it was already closed, and no one was there. No ads, no phone. I waited 10 minutes and left. I do not recommend it!

24.02 the pick-up point simply did not work without any explanation. They could have at least attached a piece of paper with an apology and an announcement that they would not be working that day. This is unacceptable for such an organization. We came three times, the order was urgently needed.
