The entrance has not been cleared. I tried to open the door and clear it myself, but it didn't work out. No one came out to help. When I had already left, a specialist came out and opened the doors. To my question, "why didn't you come out to help me right away?", the specialist replied that he was busy filling out documents. Terrible service.
