Some kind of nightmare: they came to return the umbrella, so the guy who worked at the pick-up point today on 08/25. not only did not help to make a refund, he also laughed that he was working for the second day. He behaved incorrectly, incompetently, and was rude. He said that he did not understand what we wanted from him and did not see the return page, so he could not help. As a result, the refund was issued incorrectly and although it was approved, the employee did not accept the umbrella. They left in the end with what they came with. The umbrella is still at home. What kind of attitude is that? Why do such indifferent and incompetent employees work at the pick-up points of such a wonderful marketplace? After that, I don't even want to order the product. And the most annoying thing is that there is no book of comments and suggestions at the pick-up point
