A normal point, but the problem is the lack of parking. I have to ride around the yard. It's inconvenient, and I don't think the tenants are happy either. Plus, there is no path to the entrance from the arch. Everyone walks on the lawn. It doesn't look aesthetically pleasing, and even in bad weather there is dirt, and walking around in a circle is such a pleasure.
