How many times I went there, there was never a staff at the pick-up point. The service is slow, the staff does not know what a cancellation is. Employees of "Three prices" are always running to the cash registers of the "Three Prices" store, then to issue Ozone. They even say "Let's go faster" to customers, because they don't have time... If you really want to develop this place, then at least add salaries to employees or hire more new ones so that they don't get torn apart by sitting on two toilets at once.
Not only that, the order is delayed to this particular point of delivery and is constantly being transferred. I come to the point on 11/27.23 at 20:00 and see the mess and the lack of work of the issuing point! The working day is from 9:00 to 21:00.

I do not recommend ordering anything at all on the Ozon site, especially expensive ones, because in case of any problem (in my case, the wrong product arrived and there was a problem with a refund) in correspondence with those.nothing sensible can be achieved with support, because the bot answers, then different operators connect each time, who promise to deal with the problem, feed them with "breakfasts", ask them to wait a little longer and offer to evaluate their work, but the issue is not resolved (I have been waiting for 14 days, I constantly remind myself). There are no specifics and no responsible persons. Also, you will not find out who messed up: the PVZ when accepting the goods for return, the seller or the Ozon site itself. In short, nonsense.
I am completing the review. Exactly a month has passed, the funds have not returned, and I also could not get a clear answer about when I will be able to manage my money, which is now used by Ozone! For the owner: the initial request for a refund: 136320396-R1 dated 08/03/2023, the product was delivered to the PVZ on 08/04/2023. The repeated and regular application dated 04.09.2023 has the number 136320396-R4. Tech.The support recognized that the refund was not carried out properly in the program by the employees of the PVZ (see the screenshot), therefore they cannot make a refund.
