Unfortunately, due to the sluggishness and unwillingness of the staff (and/or management) to accept goods on time, orders are almost always ready for delivery a day later. Moreover, they arrive on time. And acceptance - do not understand when.
There are few customers, employees spend time "on the phones", do not respond to comments, referring to the large amount of work and clients. I would like to emphasize that it is the most unloaded PVZ that I have seen.
I hope I will be heard and the situation will be corrected.

Zero stars! Permanently closed point! They set their own operating mode. The point is closed daily until 16:30 for the acceptance of goods, I do not remember this on Wildberry. At least at night, accept or hire more employees if you do not have time in due time. The work schedule is written from 09:00 to 21:00, which means that the buyer must receive his order at the specified time!

The only negative is the residents who, due to ignorance of traffic regulations, are outraged about the official transport approaching close to the PVZ. They are outraged, they take pictures of cars, they conflict, as if their parcels should arrive there by air.

Плюс- рядом с домом. Минус - хамское обслуживание со стороны девушки Татьяны. Я понимаю, что за день клиенты задают много вопросов, но если так это раздражает что прям интонацией демонстрировать... то лучше бы Татьяна сидела дома и не мучалась. А заодно не портила приятное ощущение от покупки людям, которые тоже уставшие после работы.
