I used to like Ozone, it was close to the centre, and customer service was very friendly. However, recently, their service has changed, and people who work there become super rude to customers.
My kid started in Sep, I bought her a membership for a higher price since they did not have any kids' memberships, which was ok, but then she lost her card. When she asked about it, the customer service reps were super rude to her, telling her this is her last time attending the gym.
Someone from sales reached out to me saying they do print cards for free if you lost them for the first time, and she was saying we got 2 cards. However, my kid never got the 2nd card.
I do not like when people lie, if you do business you have to be honest. Yes, your support reps are super rude, never printed/provided the 2nd card, just admit it, and move on. No need to lie.
I would not recommend Ozone to anyone:(
+
There are few people in the morning before lunch
Pretty clean
Friendly girls at the reception
There is water from the filter, very convenient
Towels are provided
Convenient location
There is soap in the locker room, I don't know why it says no in the reviews below. Both in the shower and at the sink. There are always paper towels and other hygiene items.
The towel basket is often emptied. In general, the cleaners are great, there are no complaints
about them - the girls do not know how to sell the gym (this comment is more for the management). The girls did not know the answer to the questions about the hall (whether there was one frame in the hall, whether Smith was alone). It's not that they didn't know the answer, they didn't know what kind of simulators they were.
One frame, one smith))) Smith is tall, you can't do a buttock if someone is used to it. But there is a simulator, so everything is OK.
The dumbbell pitch is too big. It is clear that in the world all sports equipment is made for men, but can you buy dumbbells in increments of 1 kg? When after 5, 7.5 immediately goes, and then 10 goes, it's pretty hard to progress. I asked the reception to bring this issue to the management, nothing has changed.
This is not the first comment about the fact that the barbells are not disassembled and the pancakes are lying haphazardly. The management responds that everything has been fixed, but it is not. To be honest, it's a bit heavy to disassemble a smith with pancakes of 20 kg each time. Especially if the bar is high and there is a chance to land a pancake on your face. Pancakes are also scattered around the gym next to the gym equipment, it's messy and you can stumble.
The qualifications of some coaches raise questions. And I'm not talking about the fact that one coach trains 2-3 clients at the same time (although this is also not good). For example, during stretching, a trainer can come up and pull your weight without asking you, which is absolutely not allowed, because there is a high risk of injury. And that's not all, of course, but there's not enough room to paint everything.
There are hooks in many lockers (or I'm lucky to have such lockers, it's not very clear here)
There is also a breakdown in the shower alone, which no one fixes - the drain lid has been loose for several months, it is inconvenient
In general, if you only go to the gym during the day and study on your own, then everything is fine. Yes, there are few exercise machines, a small gym by itself. But it's completely realistic to build a program for what we have. The main simulators are presented, the equipment (straps, fitball, etc.) is in sufficient quantity. There are enough benches, enough free scales. There is a cycling hall, which is relevant to many
There are also holiday sales for season tickets, so the price tag for Tashkent + is adequate (we take into account the area)
So the hall deserves 4 points for my requests.
