A great place to have a delicious meal and drink. The cocktails are good, the cuisine is also on top - the pasta with shrimp is super, the breakfasts are also good, the portions are large. In general, everything is super)) Special thanks to the staff - polite, hospitable and attentive. Empty dishes on the table did not have time to stand for a couple of minutes - they were taken away, the serving of dishes and cocktails is also quite prompt, by the way. I recommend it)

We were like tourists and came to the first institution in the city and the choice fell on him.

The interior is beautiful and that's it.
Cons:
1. The waiters are not organized: a few minutes after the waiter accepted my order, another waiter came to the table to take the order. I observed the same picture at two more tables.
2. The waiters don't know the menu well.
3. The order was mixed up. Of the three dishes ordered, only one was guessed.
I'll leave two, pasta and steak, by. Pasta - someone else's order was brought.
The steak was not brought what was ordered.
The pasta was refused, and the meat was given a chance.
The steak, although not the one and not from the part of the carcass that should be for this steak, was very decent and properly fried.
Separately, I was pleased that the cook used a thermometer to control the temperature of the meat. A good solution considering that the kitchen is messing with orders.
4. Closing the account. We waited for the bill for almost 30 minutes! They couldn't stand it, went downstairs, paid off and left.
Total: we are unlikely to return here in the future.

We visited this place with a company and to our great disappointment, after visiting we all had negative impressions: the pasta with shrimp is terrible, the burger is average in taste, very young girls served us, with absolutely no work experience (this is not a pretension to the waiters), the appliances were brought to us simply in bare hands and put them just on the table (dining room level). As a result, we did not pay cheap for four people for a spoiled evening, completely disappointed in the quality and service in this institution!
For this kind of money, we recommend visiting other establishments in Grodno that are 10 times better and you will definitely get positive emotions and pleasure! Cafe Pablo is not recommended 100 percent!!!

In two days in Grodno, we came here for dinner twice. The service is excellent, the staff is on top. The dishes are beyond praise, tacos with torn beef, sweet potatoes, tacos with shrimp, brie cheese.... Delicious! The cocktails were especially pleasing. We came to Grodno for one day to see the sights of the city, had a lot of fun and went to this cafe for lunch, the prices are like in a good restaurant in Minsk, ordered salad (duck • mango) pasta with shrimp and mojito.the whole order is prepared for a one-time visit, it's not tasty at all.I don't recommend it and I don't want to go there anymore.

Let's start with the fact that the manager made a mistake and instead of booking a table for 5 people, she booked for 2, they sorted it out and still managed to visit this institution with the company. The next thing that awaited us was a lone fork lying on our table, which wandered from plate to plate, no one bothered to pick it up. And finally, the excellent service from the waitress, who throughout the entire stay of our company in this institution, ignored our urges to order something and ask for the bill.

Divine cuisine and the best burgers that were tasted in Grodno😋
Overall, the atmosphere is very friendly, Ideal for dates and visits with friends. The price tag is quite acceptable for the Republic of Belarus, not sky-high.
The attitude of the staff was also pleased. In the warmer months, the terrace is open, if it is cool, then you can cover yourself with a blanket.

Уютное место в самом сердце города. Есть летняя терраса. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Есть завтраки до 12:30 по будням и до 16:00 по выходным. Основное меню - мексика.
Очень понравились завтраки, менемен и омлет со шпинатом - топ. Вкусные круассаны, но у меня внутри был полусырой. Но само тесто - огонь. Так же хорошая подача блюд и достаточно быстрое обслуживание. Приятное место в которое хочется вернуться.

Отличное место. Обслуживание хорошее. Персонал вежливый и гостеприимный! Очень вкусно готовят. Филе миньон было бесподобным!😋 Ещё заказывали салаты, чай, десерт. Все было очень вкусно. Блюда принесли быстро) Атмосфера тоже приятная. Рекомендую посетить этот ресторан)
Одно только замечание: слишком громкая музыка. Люди приходят не только покушать, но и пообщаться. Приходится либо очень громко говорить, либо просто молчать..

Good afternoon! I had a chance to visit such a wonderful institution as yours.
The mood was completely gone, until I was greeted by the waiters and the receptionist, all very smiling and pleasant staff. I ordered pancakes with chocolate, they brought a whole cake, it's very tasty, it's clear that the chefs are professionals, the bartender is just a miracle!! I will come more often, thank you for the good atmosphere and service 🤎

One of the most expensive establishments in Grodno. Steaks from 30p per 100g. From inexpensive chicken, pasta that is not praised. The bartender only verbally agrees with everything with the request to make layers of egermeister with lemon juice, and immediately mixes everything together and says that there is no such drink on the menu, while making a face that he owes you for listening to you!!! We were sitting on the veranda, so it will be difficult to evaluate the interior. There will be no questions about it.
Prices. The place is not cheap, even for the city center.
Meal. We ordered a burger and were terribly disappointed. I looked at other reviews in this place for burgers, people praise them for their juiciness. But for me it's some kind of hack, it's especially insulting to get this for 25 rubles. I explain:
1. Gloves were brought, but there are no antibacterial wipes. How carefully you put them on with your dirty hands is your problem.
2. There is a lot of cucumber and sauce in the burger. All this together gives a kind of juiciness, but at the same time everything flows, it is difficult to hold the burger in your hands, as it slides on cucumbers. With them, a separate hack, because inside there was just half a cucumber cut lengthwise.
Not a fan of this, sorry. If a dish can't be eaten beautifully, there's something wrong with it.

My husband liked the soup, I liked the Martini with lychee. I was surprised by homemade pasta:overcooked chicken, over-dried spinach. I wouldn't take pasta anymore for sure. The dishes are beautiful, we didn't wait long for the order. There are blankets on the sofas. The bathrooms are good.

Были на завтраке. Очень понравилась быстрая подача, во многих кафе от 35минут, а тут ожидание 15-20 минут. Очень вкусные сырники и кофе отличный. Единственное, перепутали омлет. Заказывала с креветкой, но официантка отметила со шпинатом. Было не приятно... оставила то что принесли, потому что очень хотелось есть.

Of the cons: everything else.
The service is zero, the taste of the food leaves much to be desired.
Ordered cheesecakes and scramble.
The scramble turned out to be over-salted and peppered, it is impossible to eat. They asked me to redo it. The waitress said she would take it to the kitchen, where three people would try it — she, the cook and the administrator — and if this triumvirate agreed that something was wrong with the dish, they would redo it. If not, then you will have to finish what is left after the samples. In the end, it was redone.
Cheesecakes are even more fun. Have you looked at the beautiful photos in the album here and in insta? Me too. So, no, this will not happen. They brought me three tiny cheesecakes (well, or they have greatly increased the size of the plates) with three micro-balls of melon and a smeared spoon of sour cream. That's it! To my surprise and comparison with the inste photo, the waitress told me verbatim: "We actually don't have to decorate the dish in any way, it's at the discretion of the cook. We have three cheesecakes and sour cream declared — and that's it!" And then why do you, friends, exhibit beautiful photos?! Then expose this despondency

Потрясающее место! Была проездом в Гродно 05.09. Нашла на карте этот ресторан. Очень порадовало обслуживание - хостес и официантка очень милые и приятные. Официантка очаровательно поблагодарила за чаевые) А блюда вызвали полный восторг. После заведений Петербурга и Москвы не думала, что в Гродно меня можно удивить - но повару это удалось. Неожиданные и вкусные сочетания соусов/ингредиентов в карпаччо из гребешка и говядины покорили. Придирчиво отношусь к приготовлению мяса, но филе миньон - мое почтение! Паста с креветками действительно домашняя, а соус удивляет приятной перчинкой со сливочностью. Место запало в душу, однозначно в фавориты. Приятным бонусом при всех достоинствах - весьма демократичные цены на такую вкусную кухню. Как же жаль, что вы так далеко и нет возможности часто у вас бывать!

There are many dishes with a foreign name on the menu - it turns out to be Mexican cuisine, but since there is no decoding of what they consist of, it is impossible to choose based on unfamiliar names. A steak of strong roasting turned out well, beer and other alcohol are expensive. The waiters are weak.
