There are two restaurants next to each other, in one they give traditional cuisine (lahmajun, pide, etc.) In the second there is a specific cuisine, the menu mainly dishes from the head of beef, brains, tongue, beef broth, such as HASH in our way. But we usually eat it in the morning, and they have it around the clock, since the restaurant is open around the clock.
One hundred different Turkish soups, hot and delicious. There is also a doner, there is a tandoor - but the place is primarily about soups, of course. I recommend it if you are looking for authentic things
We were with a friend today. Iskender made from old meat. They did not eat. We ate Kelle paça soup, but the heaviness in the stomach for the whole day. I had to take pills. A complete disappointment. It's a shame that we were traveling from far away to taste Turkish cuisine and not so high-quality.
