There are good courts, a locker room, a store with everything necessary for the game (equipment, clothes), but the main thing is the coaching staff. Eric is the best! In a few individual lessons, he completely puts the technique of the game. I will also note the convenient group classes.
After visiting another padel club, it became obvious that there was a lack of attention to the quality of service and customers — it seemed that the priority was only getting money from visitors.
1. Organization and management:
The manager of the club did not show interest in customers: there is no greeting with a smile, discounts or other promotions are not offered to attract new visitors. Also, the club did not help with the selection of sparring partners, which makes the training process difficult.
2. Inventory and equipment:
Not high-quality inventory: a piece of wood could fly off the racket right during the ball hit. The balls have never been changed to new ones.
3. The state of the infrastructure:
The changing rooms and toilets are in poor condition and disgusting, I don't even want to go in. There didn't seem to be a shower, but even if there was, it would hardly be desirable to swim there.
