My task was to schedule an additional inspection through the insurance company and come to sign the inspection report (for those who do not want to travel, you can write a power of attorney). I arrived, signed, discussed the terms — they called 4 weeks. I agreed to 5. As a result, 6 came out, and some of the original application was forgotten (force majeure, etc.). The process of selecting spare parts was completely taken over, which is undoubtedly a plus. During the repair process, I came after straightening, slipway (before painting), etc. to see the intermediate result. I noticed one nuance, which was later corrected. According to the painting at the time of assembly, it seemed that they did not get into the color, but after washing everything became fine. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, since the internal cavities were damaged (time will tell), but the quality of the painting, in my opinion, is good. There were nuances with communication — they did not always answer in Viber, but they always answered the call. After the issue, they gave documents on the basis of which the insurance company fully reimbursed the money for the repair.
Pros: quality, the process of selecting spare parts takes place without your participation, they are able to work with insurance companies. Cons: they don't always respond in Viber, they don't meet deadlines a little (probably everywhere and always), well, they forgot to do some things (they finished later). In general, I will advise you to contact here and I will hope that the disadvantages I have mentioned will not be repeated.

Firstly, the Paint Service took up the job, which of the several other service stations that I applied to at first - I was sent that "retro")) they are not engaged. It's sad that my B5 passat falls into this category, but nevertheless it must be done. Of the other HUNDRED, I was "sent", with the wording: "we don't deal with insurance cases," and I have my whole face stuck inside and out. It seems that the insurance company also gives money... and the shaft of spare parts is a people's car, but no one wants to do it. And then the Paint Service is discovered. Which did not just take on, but 1) carefully approached the selection of spare parts, competently, without overpayments, everything is sensible. 2) the elements are painted in a way that this passat did not have from the factory, 3) everything is hooked, fixed, and believe me, knowing how hard it is for VW - I admire the work done, 4) bonus from the company - the rusty stuck hinges on the passenger door were repaired (absolutely a bonus, nowhere in the there were no documents about the work done or my requests to do so). To say that I'm happy. Yes, in general! And the documents for the insurance company are all drawn up correctly. I recommend it!
