A great sports complex!
There are various sections for children. There is a large nice swimming pool in the palace, for children and adults. There is also a small pool for kids. The palace has a wonderful gym for adults!There is a children's cafe.
In the palace: caring staff, positive professional coaches, attentive administration, pleasant atmosphere. Convenient location. There are bus stops and parking lots nearby.

I think I've found a cool substitute for a beach holiday in winter. 1 day for an hour in the pool, then a massage on the second floor. Day 2 pool and then solarium. I've been on vacation for a week now. Pool 6 with pennies, back massage 25 (a conscientious hour of work), solarium 6 minutes 8.40 (new lamps) with pennies.

Sometimes we go to the pool with our daughter or family on weekends during the holiday season. It's clean, there's enough space for dad and daughter to swim and dive. A separate track is allocated for non-floating ones. There are hair dryers, and this is a very useful option for my daughter's long hair in winter. The staff is polite. I recommend.

Rudeness at all levels is off the scale. The staff is not familiar with the rules of communication with the client, they can go into the shower and make a remark. The administration does not work on the quality of services provided, and has never heard of the issue of conflict resolution.
The absence of a watering can for the shower (it is impossible to wash the child without getting wet).
Shoe covers are required, but not given out. You can't buy them on the spot either.

The mood was ruined, I have not seen such rudeness anywhere else. There is a plus: On the 1st floor there is a cafe:Chamomile. The prices are affordable, the service is excellent. The "sprayer" in the shower is large, but the water barely flowed from one edge and barely warm ((To take a bottle for swimming, you need to pay 1 rub for earlier.
