Remnants of the rich heritage of Soviet industrialization, this typical palace of culture once shone with its interior, and the exterior is decorated with white stone. Today, no one needs production, and trade has absolutely nothing to take from this facility, except for all sorts of exhibitions of planting material right on the steps of this once luxurious structure. It's a pathetic sight.
