This is the top place of Almaty residents… During the holidays, the decoration is excellent, colorful, and the lighting is generally pleasant. It's really crowded, the larks are working, and the photo zones are very well thought out. Concerts are taking place, the stage is right on the stage of the Palace of the Republic. The ice rink is open in winter. I enjoy going to events on almost all holidays.

The square in front of the monument to Abai was beautifully decorated for the new year. It's always crowded on holidays, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The only thing is that there are no outdoor toilets.

A large cozy hall. Hospitable, pretty girls who spoke only Kazakh. The interior is tastefully done .The concert was great. The color scheme of the iridescent color music, which changed with each performance of the artists, decorated the stage and made an unforgettable impression.

As long as I can remember myself, I remember this Palace as well! I watched A 's performances in it . Raikina, A. Glyzina, D. Malikova, ballet with N. Pavlova, there was a singer from France... It was in the 80s) Now the palace has become even better and more popular. The sound is wonderful! I was pleased to attend the film festival in 2018. The concert with the works of Ludovic Henaudi was wonderful, which was masterfully presented by Kazakhstani musicians. The sound, the atmosphere, the staff, the atmosphere - everything is great!

A very beautiful, spacious Palace! We went to a concert, we liked the hall, the chairs, the acoustics! Everything is clearly visible from any place in the hall. There are two cafes in the lobby with coffee, pies and water. They were allowed into the hall only with clear water in a bottle, the rest of the audience's drinks were asked to leave on the table in front of the entrance to the hall.

But! The women's toilet is in a decadent state - dirt, a characteristic smell peculiar to street closets. The toilet flush does not work, toilet paper and paper towels are missing. In a word, darkness. It's a shame for the main concert hall of the city. With such an event ticket price. 3* for the dirt and destruction in (the heads of) toilets.
