Let's go to Heviz to treat our joints. We lived in the Palaz Hotel. Good location. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast and dinner are served at the hotel. Everything is delicious and varied. It was enough. The rooms have a mini kitchen. there are some dishes, but the stove is not working and we took our own kettle. You have to pay for tea at the hotel.
The hotel has a very good wellness. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi. There is also a treatment, but we did not use it. We liked everything.
When choosing a hotel, I always study the reviews. In Heviz, my husband and I celebrated the New Year for the third time. before that, we stayed in Carbon. We chose Palac Hotel Heviz 4* due to its convenient location and good reviews. After my surgery, we dreamed of celebrating the holiday (as in previous years) beautifully and cheerfully. As a result, guests from Russia were placed in a poorly ventilated corner of the restaurant, and for a festive dinner (worth 12 thousand rubles per person), even water was available for an additional fee. We didn't take part in the New Year's dinner, we just couldn't overcome the feeling of resentment.
The bad management at the hotel is surprising - it's worth seeing how hotel guests queue for coffee in the morning at two old, constantly breaking coffee machines and feast on fried chicken hearts.
At the same time, the hotel has good rooms, hardworking staff, a wonderful chef and an excellent employee of the travel company 1000 roads - . Natalia is always there, ready to support, give good advice.
