We haven't been to the hotel, but the restaurant is great. It's not the first year we've been vacationing there when we come to Kazakhstan. Everything is delicious, the waiters are smart, the prices are adequate, the kebabs are fresh, sitting at a table outside is one joy.

The staff at the hotel is rude, especially the admin Mika. The barbecue cafe is delicious and that's all.
