When I came for the 1st time, just on the day when they opened and the girl said that I was their first client) that's when I liked the pilaf. A couple of days later I asked for the same pilaf, but it was not so tasty. The meat was boiled in advance, the pilaf was probably cooked in another dish, the kazy in the pilaf was salted and cold. It was clear that first they put the pilaf in a plate, poured pieces of meat on top and put circles of salty kazy, apparently bought in a hurry. And the first time the pilaf was gorgeous. After the second time I didn't go there anymore
